Unique and flexible all-aluminum system, diameter range: 25 mm - 100 mm
Profitable thanks to quick and easy installation
Low operating costs thanks to a greater air flow using the same pipe diameter
Maximum safety regarding leaks guaranteed by o-ring seals
Minimum downtimes as the system can be expanded without a ball valve while under working pressure
Compressed air is a clean medium, but it can also be expensive if your system if prone to leaks. Existing leaks can expand quickly. Leaks in the compressor, in the distributor and in the work station often lead to disruption in production which causes increasing operating costs.
It is not unusual that some compressed air networks loose 25-30% of their capacity. A study by the VDMA showed that even a pressure loss of 40-60% is not uncommon.
The following table shows the costs that can arise due to leaks in the system.
