KAISAIR ROUND TUBE
We have added the dimension Ø20 to our aluminum round tubes. The new aluminum round tubes Ø20, Ø25, Ø38, Ø50 and Ø75 are the ideal addition to our profile system.The round tube can be combined with all profile connectors of the corresponding tube size.This means that you can switch between the tubes as required.The round tubes can also be used as an independent system and offer a very good price-performance ratio.

KAISAIR PRESS TOOL
The round pipes are connected to the connector parts using a pressing tool developed by us. Very easy to use and of course tested with the safety factor 4 and for a max. Operating pressure of 15 bar released.
KAISAIR DISTRIBUTOR
Upon customer request, we manufacture ready-to-install distributors from our pipe system. The diameters 25, 38, 50, 75, 100 are available for this purpose. The pipes can be supplemented with the outlet plates according to your wishes. Thus, from 1/8" to 2" all common connection threads are available.
DRILLING TEMPLATE
From now on, the unique patented kaisair drilling template is also available for the PL 40 V outlet plate. It allows drilling under operating pressure without ball valve now also for the thread sizes 1/8 "and 1/4". The drilling template 1/8 "is given the art. No. 700 010 and the drilling template 1/4" the art. No. 700 011. The detailed description about the tapping under operating pressure can be found in the kaisair installation manual.
TOOL GLIDES
As of now, tool guards incl. Carabiner hooks are available for the T-slots of all profile tubes. The tool slide can be used for a tool weight of max. 8 kg. Art. No. 600 010 is used for profile pipes Ø25 - Ø75. Art. No. 600 020 is used for the Ø100 profile tube.
CABLE HOLDER
A cable holder is now available for the system. It can be used in all T grooves of the profile pipes and enables the fastening of cables etc. along the Profil tubes. The cable holder is given the art. No. 900 095
